Product Promotion/Donation

For Event Coordinators: Thank you for hosting a Meatout event. On this page, you will find information for manufacturers supporting Meatout. You can request product donations for sampling at your event. Please note that supplies are very limited and product donations are not guaranteed.

Checklist for Requests

Get started early! Most require 2-3 weeks notice and have limited quantities (even if not specified).
Include date of event & date of requested delivery.
Include a description of your event and expected media coverage.
Request a specific product (if you know) and indicate the quantity needed .
Include your contact info: phone number, email, and shipping address.
Include any additional relevant information.

www.vegfund.org	Online Request Form	Provides funding for specifically approved food, serving supplies, educational literature and any table/booth fees for serving vegan food (preferably at non-veg events or to an audience that is not familiar with vegan food or philosophy). See details.
www.tofurky.com	Request Form E-mail	Tofurky® brand products or Turtle Island Foods tempeh. Each event is eligible for a "Tofurky Meatout Kit" which will include 5 coupons for free sample product, 50 brochures (with coupons) and 50 fun, crowd pleasing Tofurky marketing items. Limit one Meatout Kit per event. Two weeks notice required. Shipments sent UPS.

www.primalspiritfoods.com	Request Form E-mail	Primal Spirit Foods is offering samples of their delicious jerky. Please fill out the product donation request form and return it. Two weeks notice required. Shipping costs must be paid for on all donations given.
