Learn how to avoid foods that have been linked to higher incidences of breast cancer, prostate cancer, and ovarian cancer and how to substitute healthier foods, some of which in themselves lower cancer risk, in their place. He is the author of "Don't Let Your Diet Add To Your Cancer Risk," "The Most Noble Diet," and "A Basic Course In Vegetarian And Vegan Nutrition." It is open to anyone interested in learning more about a healthy, cruelty-free lifestyle. Attendees bring a healthy vegan dish along with a note card listing your ingredients. Vegan denotes zero animal ingredients as honey, fish, eggs, or dairy products. Also, they bring a place setting (plate, cup, and utensils). A donation of $5 per adult is requested.
